Description
Petroleum Data are expensive to acquire, develop and manage. They require specialized infrastructure, equipment, software and skills to handle and properly manage. This project aims at construction of NDR and establish necessary infrastructure for the operationalization. The construction of the NDR is envisioned in the Zanzibar Development Vision (2050), The Blue Economy Policy (2022) and CCM Election Manifesto. The establishment of NDR is a legal requirement under section 81(4) of the Oil and Gas Act No. 6 of 2016
